If your account is approved, you will receive an email with login information when the account is created.  If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder or make sure your email server isn't blocking emails from sqlReports.net.

If you haven't logged in for awhile and you're not sure if your account still exists, you can try using the "Forgot your password?" link on the login box.  If the account still exists, the site will send an email to the email address tied to the account.  If you do not receive an email, contact Matt and he can check to see if your contact exists.

It should arrive within seconds.  If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder or make sure your email server isn't blocking emails from sqlReports.net.

If you receive an error message regarding SMTP, please contact Matt at matt @ freundresources.com and let him know the full error message and he'll help you reset your password.

If it's not in your spam folder and you have checked with your email server administrator and it's not being blocked or quarantined, then please contact Matt.  The emails will come from donotreply @ sqlreports.net and it's inbox can be checked to see if your email bounced, which can happen if the address you gave had a typo, or if your email server has a spam blocker that notifies the sender the email was rejected.   Matt can also help with a short term solution to get you logged in.  Long term though, the main thing to resolve will be any spam settings on your end with regards to the freundresources.net email.

No - usernames must be unique and are based on work email addresses.  If your work email address has changed, please contact Matt with the new address and he will change the username.
