Information regarding name and email address is collected for user accounts.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you order a subscription or request access for others regarding a subscription at your district. Also, user information is collected when files are downloaded.
How do we use your information?
The information is used to verity new accounts, used for site login and account information, and used in download logs to record who downloaded a file. Your email address is used as your site username and your name is added to the account information. Each user though can change the name and contact email on the account.
How do we protect visitor information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We use an SSL certificate and we implement security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information. Such information can only be accessed by those authorized with special access rights.
Do we use 'cookies'?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
