Login Portal

In order to keep the database tidy, starting on 10/12/2018 and continuing daily, free accounts that have never been used in their first 30 days will be deleted.  This only applies to free accounts and the first month of existence.  People can reapply for new accounts if needed.  Also, if you have an account on the site, you can request that it be deleted at any time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

New Accounts

How do I get access to the free downloads and free reports?

You must apply for a free account using the Account Application page.  If approved, you will receive an email with login information.

Do I have to apply for a free acount if I have an account for a current or expired subscription?

No - those with accounts as part of a site subscription or sqlExports subscription, even if the subscription has expired, do not need to apply for free accounts as their accounts will have access to the free stuff too.  If you've forgotten your password, you can use the reset password link on this page to change your password.  If your district has changed email address domains and you can't reset your password, please contact Matt (matt @ sisresources.com) for assistance.

I applied for a free account but haven't received an email - was an account created?

As stated on the application page, be sure to check your spam folder and make sure your email server allows emails from sqlreports.net.  New accounts will be created as quickly as possible, but there may be delays as mentioned on the application page.  An attempt will be made to contact anyone who has been denied as well, so if you haven't heard anything at all within 72 hours, try using the reset password link in the login box on this page.  If an account doesn't exist, it will display an error message stating so.  If an account does exist, it'll send an email to that address, which should appear in your inbox within seconds.  But once again, if you don't see anything in your inbox, check your spam folder and your email server spam settings because the email will come from the same address that sent out the new account email information.  If you've done all that and still have an issue, feel free to contact Matt (matt @ sisresources.com) for assistance.

What are some possible reasons why an account application would be denied?

It's rare for someone at a district to be denied, because districts are the reason for sqlReports and the main users of it.  The most common reason a school employee has been denied is because a non-work email address was given.  Most denials have been of employees or contractors of businesses due to terms of use violations by employees.  Reasons for denial can include, but are not limited to:  a non-work email address was given, the person has violated the terms of use at some point of this site or a site maintained by SIS Resources, the person works for (or contracts with) a company with employees or contractors that have violated the terms of use at some point of this site or a site maintained by SIS Resources, the person works at a district that doesn't use PowerSchool SIS, the person works for a company that doesn't support school districts with regards to the use of sqlReports, or the person works for a company that offers a product similar to, or in competition with, sqlReports or any product offered on the sqlReports.net or a site maintained by SIS Resources.

How do I get access to the premium downloads and premium reports?

You must have a current site subscription

Existing Accounts

I logged in but I can't access anything - what happened?

Sometimes browsers will have caching issue.  Try logging in with a different browser and if that works, go back to your original browser and either clear the browser cache or delete sqlreports.net from your history, and try logging in again.

How long does it take for the reset password email to arrive?

It should arrive within seconds.  If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder or make sure your email server isn't blocking emails from sqlreports.net.

Can I change my username?

No - usernames must be unique and are based on work email addresses.  If your work email address has changed, please contact Matt with the new address and he will change the username.

We have a current site subscription but the account holder left the district - what do we do?

Contact Matt (matt @ sisresources.com) and he will update the account.

Can our current site subscription have more logins besides the primary contact?

Yes - the primary ontact will need to email Matt (matt @ sisresources.com) a list of names and email addresses to add.  Only email addresses with the customer's domain name will be added.
